Elif Kabacıoğlu was born on March 23, 1994, in Istanbul, Türkiye. She earned her DDS degree from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2019. She then completed her specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at the same university between 2021 and 2024.

She currently continues to work as a specialist in Pediatric Dentistry at Marmara University, while also serving as a visiting researcher at the OMFS-IMPATH research group, contributing to studies.
