Enéa Meertens is a student of Bachelor of Dentistry student at KU Leuven (September 2024 – July 2027). Her interest in the field is driven by the combination of medical care, human contact, and precision work.

Enéa completed the entire third degree ASO through the Examination Board by means of self-study in an accelerated program of only six months (July 2023 – January 2024). This enabled her to graduate at the age of 16.

In addition to her studies, she has been active as a student researcher at the OMFS-IMPATH Research Group since September 2025.

Thanks to her early experience as a dental assistant, she already has practical knowledge in various specializations, including general dentistry, endodontics, periodontology, pediatric dentistry, and orthodontics.
